    Purva provided poor quality infrastructure, due to that monthly maintenance too high and random demand of sinking fund by association to fix infrastructure, like paying rent. Owners ASSOCIATION run by few mafias, no accountability, no annual audit report and harassing residents by putting unnecessary penalties. they protect few vendors (as they have financial benefits).
    after paying high maintenance, Gym equipment always broken, unhygienic condition of club house bathroom, etc.
