    Need inputs :-

    Any idea about the railway crossing just before prestige gulmohar ?

    I visited the site today and felt the street before and after the track to be very busy a saturday noon .

    Can Anybody share view about ROI and the negative factors (low UDS and high price compare to location) ?

      As you said Railway crossing is one of the cons. its busy most of the days, especially early morning and evenings, There were plans of constructing an underbridge few years back. But was stalled because of the opp from the localites. However, there are talks of it being constructed. If you move in before or during the underbridge construction, it will be horrible. Else it will be grt.
      Water could be a problem. Bores generally dry up very soon and as of now there is no corporation or Kaveri water connections. Would take some time to get it. There are a couple of good schools close by,like VIBJYOR, Vincent palloti, Chaitanya techno park, Royal concorde, Devamatha central school. Couple of hospitals too. Koshys being the nearest one for emergency purpose. One need not take the Railway crossing to go to Marthahalli, Kr puram. Horamavu railway crossing can be avoided if one needs to go to Manyata. You can take the Horamavu agara road.Good number of grocery and vegetable shops. Its an upcoming area… good to invest. But can get crowded very soon.
