    This property is already deplayed by quite a bit. The builder is just trying to trap customer into the unsold unit. Have only 10% units left but they say they don’t
    have funds. I booked a unit last year and cancelled due to lack of any progress. They are not refunding my booking amount citing lack of funds and giving me dates
    after dates since a year. Last month or so, they have deployed few people on the site but their doesn’t seems to be as many people as they claim. They claim of 150+
    deployed on the site, but you will hardly find 15-20 people on the site. I have visited the site almost 10 times in the last 1 year and have closely followed up with
    the builder have a long transcript of mail exchange with their various staff’s. You may reach out to me for any detail to know about the build through my experience.

    They were looking to get me the agreement done and get paying 80% of the property, as they claim 80% of constrution is already completed. When I questionned the progress
    they used to come up with various excuses, and each time i used to verify through various sources and by visiting the site. The sales team is the worst I have seen so
    far. They and the office bearer show their inability by giving excuse of their management who is based in Hyderabad. I zeroed on this project by one of my junior
    who is in real estate business, but even he is helpless, as they don’t even budge to their channel partners. There is some serious issue with the funding of this company
    and it may go bankrupt or declare its bankruptcy anytime, though they claim of chinese funding and all that crap(Though this was in TOI news as well).
