    The mysore road property has some litigations with adjacent property. The banks (ICICI) have still approved the project and that has caused lot of stress to me in dealing with Bluejay Ardley project owners. The delivery date was december 2014, which moved to Jan and then Feb. At last when I dug deeper the revealed about the litigation and now I feel cheated. Advising to be careful.

      Hi vallish , what litigations? Is it the ardley 2? Haven’t you registered your site yet?

        Yes, this is Ardley 2. My site was registered the same month in which my loan was cleared. So far the paper work is solid. Also, the work on the property is showing progress.


          I have also bought a site from them in Ardley phase-2. I think we all need to form a google group and whatsapp alias to communicate among us.

        The same has been resolved recently. Looks like the issue was about a common road between this property and the adjacent one. At last, the common access road construction has started and am very happy about the way the issue was handled by Bluejay :)
